Chloe x and Halle Performed National Anthem honor George Floyd At NFL




Chloe x and Halle Bailey splendidly performed at Arrowhead sports stadium in Kansas City, Missouri. The sisters started off with music covers of Beyonce to get in discovery by the celebrated singer. The R&B duo performed the anthem before the 2020 NFL Kickoff. In an attempt to avoid interaction during COVID 19 performance was a pre-recording.

The pair delivered the performance, with recognition of the racial injustice spreading across the nation. The singers clad in St. George Floyd and Breonna Taylor t-shirts,. While honoring two remarkable Black Americans killed unjustly at the hands of police. The shirts also had quoted “Rest in Peace” and “Say Her Name”

The sisters have sung National Anthem prior too. Chloe and Halle sang the patriotic piece for the BET expertise in 2016. To have a follow up with the NFL Draft in 2017. Chloe and Halle are on the hook with their Sophomore Album’s Summer release, Ungodly Hour. Along with mastering next-level virtual gigs at award shows and specials the sisters rock every performance.

Six months since Taylor was fatally shot by police personnel executing a no-knock search warrant in Taylor’s Kentucky home. The incident resulting in the firing of detective Brett Hankison, while no one has charged for the killing. Floyd’s death, however, highlights the arrests and indictment of the four law enforcement officials concerned. A lawyer for officer Derek Chauvin put a request for the costs of second-degree murder, third-degree murder, and second-degree homicide be expelled. However, the presiding decision dealt with Chavin’s request in an opposing manner.

Texans show BLM support by staying in the locker room

 The Chiefs stayed inside throughout Chloe X Halle’s performance. Most of the players stood throughout the anthem. With one K.C. player kneeling and others connecting arms. The Texans remained within the locker space throughout the anthem only to come out for play. Both groups met within the middle of the stadium to connect arms for a ‘moment of unity’.
