Power, written by Courtney A. Kemp and known to be followed by Power Books III: Raising Kanan and IV: Force, serves as the basis for the series and is written before it. In December 2021, a third season of the program was ordered. Starz and Hulu are the two online streaming services where the third season of Power Book 2 will be available.
The precise release date for Power Book II: Ghost Season 3 has not yet been determined. It is anticipated that the movie will be released very soon, if not by the end of 2022, then at least by the early part of 2023, as word of the finished filming has been making the rounds online.

Many unsolved mysteries will be unearthed and ready to be revealed. Monet will learn the truth about her husband, Lorenzo Tejada (Berto Colon), who murdered her son Zeke. Cooper Saxe is seen working with Prosecutor Jenny Sullivan (Paton Ashbrook) to expose Davis MacLean’s legal representation.
