Ticket to Paradise trailer: Clooney and Roberts reconnect for a feel-good film!

America’s sweethearts and Hollywood icons Julia Roberts and George Clooney will reunite for a new big-screen project called Ticket to Paradise. The film’s first trailer was released by the film’s producers late Wednesday night.

Although it is delightful to see Clooney and Roberts rediscover their off-screen friendship and chemistry on screen, it was a bit disappointing to learn that the film’s producers did not hold back at all in the trailer and essentially gave away the entire plot of the movie.

A divorced couple played by Clooney and Roberts tries to provide for their romantically interested daughter. As is typically the case with romantic comedies, everything looks quite predictable so far, but let’s hope the lead actors’ dazzling chemistry changes that.

“Academy Award® winners George Clooney and Julia Roberts reconnect on the big screen as exes who find themselves on a shared quest to save their lovestruck daughter from making the same mistake they once did,” according to the official description of Ticket to Paradise. The romantic comedy Ticket to Paradise, from Working Title, Smokehouse Pictures, and Red Om Films, is about the delightful surprise of second chances.

Julia Roberts is “Proud” of Her Performance in the “Stone-cold Sober” Beer Pong Scene With George Clooney!

In an excerpt from the Go Ask Ali podcast, Julia Roberts discusses the funny beer pong sequence that she and George Clooney filmed for their upcoming romantic comedy, Ticket to Paradise.

The new movie Ticket to Paradise stars George Clooney and Julia Roberts, and Julia Roberts is “very proud” of how wonderfully they performed as inebriated actors.

In the forthcoming episode of Ali Wentworth’s Go Ask Ali podcast, which drops on Thursday, Roberts, 54, discusses the production of the upcoming romantic comedy she is starring in with 61-year-old Clooney.

In an exclusive film, the actress claims that when she and Clooney shook out their finest dance steps for the moment, the younger cast members of Ticket to Paradise “couldn’t believe their eyes.”

“It was quite hot, but we still had a great time. We were perspiring. We weren’t being cautious “Regarding the scene where Roberts and Clooney’s characters engage in drinking and beer pong with their daughter (Kaitlyn Dever), her future husband (Maxime Bouttier), and a friend, Roberts commented (Billie Lourd).

“Basically, [director Ol Parker] was telling the actors, “Stay in this area; this is where I can see you; just don’t damage yourselves or anyone else around you.” Essentially, it was all we needed to accomplish “Roberts elucidated.

“You should have seen these youngsters on just the first take, too. they were astonished by what they saw, “Added she. They were in awe of what they were witnessing.

Before they win a game of beer pong intoxicatedly and celebrate by dancing to House of Pain’s 1992 song “Jump Around,” Roberts and Clooney’s characters in the movie ignore a warning that the booze they are consuming “is not for the faint of heart.”

“I’m very proud of how completely inebriated we appear in that sequence. We were feeding off each other and making each other giggle. We were completely sober “In the video, Roberts told Wentworth. “We looked like we were having the nicest time, but we were just sort of egging each other on and it was hysterical. We were hot and sticky, and my hair was sticking to my neck, all the things that I don’t like.”

She continued, “It was so much fun. “We could have continued doing it for hours and hours, but they said, “Okay, stop.” Enough is enough. You must immediately quit.”

In an interview with The New York Times in September, Roberts and Clooney both joked that it took “like, six months” to film a single kiss sequence between their two characters.

“Yeah. It took 80 takes, I said to my wife “claimed Clooney. What the hell, she thought.

It required 79 takes for us to giggle, and just one take for us to make out. Well, we had to get it right, Clooney said.

On Thursday, all podcasting platforms accessed Roberts’ entire visit on the Go Ask Ali podcast, which was produced in collaboration with iHeartPodcasts and Shondaland Audio. The movie Ticket to Paradise debuts on October 21.
