‘No Good Nick‘ is a web series produced by the streaming giant ‘Netflix.’ The series was created by regular Hollywood screenwriter David H. Steinberg and Keetgi Kogan, and the first announcement of its existence was made on September 21, 2018, when Netflix stated that they were working on a new comedy series with Andy Fickman as its director and David H. Steinberg as the creator and showrunner.
Steinberg has previously written screenplays for films such as ‘American Pie 2’, ‘Slackers,’ ‘National Lampoon’s Barely Legal,’ ‘American Pie Presents The Book of Love,’ and the popular animated American sitcom ‘The Simpsons.’ As a result, given Steinberg’s writing history, it’s safe to say that ‘No Good Nick’ was bound to be popular.
The plot revolves around a 13-year-old Nicole (also known as Nick), who claims to be a distant relative and shows up at the doorsteps of a regular American family. So far, the show has had two successful seasons. Will there be a third season of No Good Nick? Everything we know about it is listed below.
Who Will Star in No Good Nick’s New Season?
Sienna Agudong, star of Nickelodeon’s “Nick,” has received numerous Young Entertainer and Young Artist Awards. Agudong also plays the series’ protagonist. Jeremy Thompson, the oldest child in the Thompson family and an overachieving sophomore in high school who distrusts Nick, will be played by Kalama Epstein.
Molly Thompson, the youngest of the Thompson children, is played by Lauren Lindsey Donzis. Molly is a student and well-known environmental activist on the internet. Sean Astin plays Ed Thompson, the Thompson family patriarch, and a senior loan officer at a bank.
Astin also appears in the film. Liz Thompson, the head of the Thompson household, a chef, and the owner of Crescendo Restaurant, is played by Melissa Joan Hart. Hart also makes an appearance in the episode.
The fact that each of the aforementioned actors has a track record of success in comedic roles has proven to be an important factor in the eventual commercial and critical success of ‘No Good Nick.
Furthermore, as seen on the television show “Modern Family,” the most effective method of producing a good comedy frequently necessitates a large ensemble performing in tandem.

What is the No Good Nick Season 3 Plot About?
The main character of the show is a 13-year-old girl named Nicole, also known as Nick, who is a skilled con artist. After knocking on the door and posing as a stranger, she pretends to be a distant relative of the Thompsons, a typical American family.
Nick’s true motivation is vengeance; she has a plan to infiltrate the family structure, eventually leading to its disintegration, as a form of retaliation for her family “unknowingly ruining her life.” However, as she gets to know the members of the family and the issues they are dealing with on the inside, she develops compassion for them. This shatters her otherwise foolproof plan to split the family apart.
To kick off the second season of “The Middle,” Ed takes Molly and Nick to the bank on Take Our Children to Work Day. Nick’s ability to charm and occasionally challenge anyone who crosses her path raises Molly’s suspicions about the motivation behind the con she is running on Ed’s customer.
A flashback episode also reveals the source of Nick’s desire for vengeance against the Thompsons. Nick eventually carries out her plan to rob a bank, but when she is cornered by the Thompsons, she is forced to admit the truth. Because it focuses on the upbeat and humorous subject matter and features an ensemble cast of talented actors who can perform comedic routines naturally, the program successfully resonates with its target demographic.
When asked about the show, Melissa Cobb, Vice-President of Netflix’s Kids and Family division, stated, “Melissa Joan Hart and Sean Hart are beloved by millions of fans around the world, and we are happy to bring them together as parents for the very first time…. we want to entertain kids and families with heart, intrigue, and a lot of fun when ‘No Good Nick’ comes to Netflix.”
