The Japanese manga and anime series Hajime no Ippo is widely regarded as one of the very best works of all time by a significant number of critics and fans. The second sequel titled Hajime no Ippo – New Challenger began airing in January 2009 and continued through June of that year. Between October 2013 and March 2014, the third season of Hajime no Ippo, titled “Rising,” was broadcast on television.

The future season of the series will continue with the same cast of characters as all of the previous seasons. Ippo Makunouchi was a shy young man who struggled to connect with others since he spent most of his time helping his mother run the fishing charter business that the Makunouchi family-owned. He attended high school in Japan. Because he stayed to himself, a group of bullies led by Umezawa began picking on him. This was because he had no friends.

When those thugs gave them a vicious beating one day, a middleweight professional boxer who happened to be strolling by stopped and took the injured man to the Kamogawa Gym, which was established by a boxer by the name of Genji Kamogawa so that he might receive medical attention.

Mamoru Takamura, the boxer who helped him recover from his trance, offered him to bash a sandbag after expressing his anger at the sounds of other boxers’ training. This happened after he had emerged from his daze. The first time they witnessed Ippo’s boxing abilities, at that very moment, they were taken aback by them. Following the conclusion of the battle, took stock of his situation and came to the conclusion that he wanted to pursue a future as a professional boxer.

The progression of the characters is the primary focus of the story, and even the battles themselves provide us with fresh information about both of the combatants.  has a mind for analysis, but his aggressive nature encourages him to clash with his opponents before confrontations.
