The following is the procedure to follow to gain admission:

• First Go to https://dailypass.lausd.net/ to use the Web App.
• You must select the third option, Create Pass, to register.
• Follow the questionnaire’s instructions and honestly answer all of the questions.
• The questionnaire will take no more than 2 minutes to complete. Your responses will determine whether you provide entry or not.
• You will be able to see your findings if you passed the screening.

Obtaining Admission and Test Appointments

A Visitor’s Result will be generated once they have passed the screening.

This test result is only valid for one day and for that particular site location.

Following the test results, school personnel will scan your QR code and, after checking your temperature, grant you access to the building.

The Covid-19 Baseline test is mandatory for all employees and students.

This test must be completed within seven days of the student’s return to school.

You can also upload your COVID-19 test report if you have already been tested negative.

Otherwise, you will be required to undergo examinations.
