The CPS Health Screener App: Students, Check-in, Assessment And More About This App

cps

To prevent the spread of COVID-19, Chicago Public Schools must conduct health screenings for students. You must pass the temperature check if you are a member of any group of students, staff, or guests visiting the CPS School or any building that is part of the group.

Only CPS health screener offers complete inmate healthcare in Massachusetts. Our reputation for customer service and expertise is unmatched in the local market. CPS was created in 1994 by Dr. Jorge Veliz and has grown into a leading medical vendor for correctional organizations searching for a hands-on approach.

Your facility is unique, and we work with you to improve the quality of care you get. CPS, in contrast to the large national providers, can concentrate on your location and provide the management and customer service you want. At a cheaper cost and with higher effectiveness, we offer the same variety of services as major vendors.

In the field of correctional health care, CPS health screener is a well-known and widely regarded agency for its clinical and financial acumen. Having worked in both clinical and administrative settings, the team’s members are well-versed in all aspects of health care and corrections. It also has a team with a combined 75 years of operational, procedural, and programming experience in corrections. Our team is available to consult with correctional facilities around the United States. Our areas of specialization include, but are not limited to, the following:

Public Surgery Provided by the Cps

CPS is committed to using cutting-edge technology to improve healthcare quality and delivery. Correctional practitioners and administrators worked together with programmers to develop the software. We use EHRs-C, or Electronic Health Records. Ultimately, an intuitive and user-friendly correctional EHR and program management system has been developed. This makes it easier for medical staff and prison officials to keep track of the inmate population’s health care needs.

At-risk, suicidal, and medically handicapped detainees and convicts will be piloted with new technology in the coming year. Updates will be made available here. Health screenings and temperature checks have been implemented in our schools and offices by CPS. The health screener will tell you if you can enter a CPS building or not. IEP assessments and meetings, CTE programs, remote learning monitoring, and approved programs and work assignments will all necessitate a physical presence in our schools as we prepare for the 2020–21 school year.

Our schools and workplaces have implemented new health policies. Including daily health screenings and temperature checks, in order to ensure the safety of our community and avoid the spread of COVID-19.

Online health screenings can be completed here

The temperature check must be completed after the CPS health screening process for students has been completed and passed.

Anyone with a temperature of fewer than 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit will be allowed through the screening process.

Fever or other symptoms that indicate COVID-19 will result in you being sent home from the hospital.

It is not possible to perform this health screening before your arrival on site.
