Smartphones for gaming is gaining popularity as it brings many specific features specifically designed for gamers to satisfy their needs. The idea itself attracted vast number of audiences although gaming laptops still have an upper hand but those who have a good budget and want products just for gaming purposes well, gaming smartphones is a big market to look at various choices. The Rog phone is also an android gaming smartphones and has many great features .The Rog smartphone was brought in 2018 that has android 8-Oreo latest at that time and with chip of 845 chip and updated once to android 9-pie .Now a moderator has conveyed that Rog will unfortunately not be having android 10.
No further updates for rog
The Rog only updated once and now will not have android 10. Although Poco F1 also contained the 845 chip of 2018 and it had a new update to android 10 in October 2020 hence it is unsure why ROG won’t have an update. No official statement has been released by the company Asus but a moderator of ZenTalk community revealed that model ZS600KL is not looking for forward to update to Android 10.

Asus did not perform well
Chinese and Taiwanese companies are rivals in the technology markets and always bring features to be ahead of the game. One of the possible reasons for no update could include that the company no longer wanted consumers to continue with their old phones. The Asus ROG did not get the hype as other Chinese gaming smartphones and hence refrained from updates at their ROG gaming smartphone.
