A suburban mother had issued a complaint under the desperate plea for her 4 year old son’s was safely return on Monday after the boy was inside his family’s minivan when it was stolen outside at a Bridgeview gas station. An Amber Alert was issued on Monday evening for Liam J. Barbarasa who was at the weighs of 45 pounds and he is four feet tall. He has blond hair and blue eyes and he was wearing a black jacket, gray pants with a yellow stripe, white socks and no shoes, police said. At approximately 5:37 pm Barbarasa was inside a 2001 Oldsmobile Silhouette van outside a 7 eleven gas station when someone stole the vehicle.
Went for the purchase
The boy’s father told police that he went into the 7 Eleven to purchase food and when he came out he had came to know that his vehicle had been stolen. The minivan was later spotted at 26th and California on the Southwest Side of Chicago, but police were not able to determine if the boy was inside the minivan at the time. At a news conference in the hours following his abduction, police as well as the young boy’s family pleaded for his safe return.
Details of the vehicle
The boy’s aunt said that if anybody knows anything about him she pleaded everyone to say that she also added that he was just 4 year old boy and he was so innocent. She said that they want him to return home safely. Liam’s mother Maria Barbarasa had offered a message for her son and said him as a strongest and bravest boy she knows. She confused with love that “mama loves you” she stated in the message. She added in the statement that she will be always with him. The young one’s mother added that she has no illness feelings toward and whoever took the minivan but all she wants is her son back. She said that she know them probably did not realize that he was in there and that is ok this has been added in her stated. She said that please leave him untouched and just exit him from the vehicle. The vehicle is in a blue and the model is 2001 Oldsmobile Silhouette van with Illinois license L703520 and a United States Marine Corps sticker in the back window, police said.
