On Wednesday, Hollywood producer David Guillod was arrested at his Sherman Oaks home after he was suspected of one more sexual assault. According to the LAPD reports, On 21st October, an unknown woman registered a complaint against the celeb regarding the sexual assault by him during an evening meeting. Eventually, the LAPD’s Special Assault Unit detectives searched and he was arrested again on Wednesday night at his Sherman Oaks home. Presently, David is in custody at the Los Angeles Metropolitan Detention Center and being held on five million dollars bail.

Previously in June, David surrendered himself to the police at Santa Barbara and initially was charged with section 261 PC (rape), section 207 PC (kidnap to commit rape), and section 208 and 209 PC (rape of a drugged victim) in association with four assaults that took place between 2012 and 2015. Later, his lawyer, Phillip Cohen, declared that his client had been arrested but not interested in giving out further details. As per the reports, the Hollywood producer is charged with around fifteen sex crimes in Santa Barabara County Superior Court that had taken place from 2012 to 2018. According to the court records, by 2020, he had been charged with three more charges of rape and sodomy attack to an alleged October 2018 attack. Regarding the issue at the point, he has petitioned not guilty to all the charges set against him. In 2017, when the actress Jessica Barth came out and accused David of drugging and sexually assaulting her for five years, to the LAPD, and by now there were four victims whose issues were handled by Santa Barbara County prosecutors. Between December 2014 and 2015, David was charged for drugging and sexually accusing an employee during a wine country retreat.

He is a former Co-CEO of Primary Wave Entertainment and a senior-level executive who has carried administration ownership in various companies including United Talent Agency, Handprint Entertainment, and Intellectual Artists Management. Guillod is best known for his work as a producer, like Netflix’s flick Extraction, Atomic Blonde, The Intruder and Loudermilk, etc. He was accused of so many assaults and rape cases and is currently under the custody of LAPD detectives.
