Company Will Be Offering Its Whole Range Of Products And Support Directly To Its Customers
The company will be offering its whole range of products and support customers directly across the country for the first time in 20 years since it started operating in India. Though Apple had been selling its products online in India through third-party players such as Flipkart and Amazon. For the first time, it will be able to sell products and services directly to buyers through its own online store.
As announced, the store will present not just products online, but also give access to Apple Specialists who can guide users in their purchases and provide support. Reports suggest the Company will also have customer support who will help out in English and Hindi.
