There was a substantial law authorization presence on I-59 close to mile marker 212 in DeKalb County for a few hours Wednesday night. Specialists shut the northward path of I-59 between Fort Payne and Collinsville until 11 p.m. Drivers were approached to look for a backup course of action.

Experts in DeKalb County, Alabama, have distinguished the man harmed in a police shooting Monday night and now charged in a pursuit finishing close to Fort Payne that included appointees from DeKalb and neighboring Etowah County.

Juan Becerra Jr., 39, of Southside, was arrested at the scene, treated for wounds, and delivered later the very night, office representative Tyler Pruett said in an announcement. Southside is a network in south Etowah County.
