Atlantic Avenue Summer Celebration Saturday

This Saturday, June 21, the Atlantic Avenue BID, in conjunction with Make Music New York, is having its first ever Summer Celebration from noon until 9:00 p.m.

The festivities will span the length of Atlantic from the East River to Flatbush Avenue, and will include live music from 36 performers and groups at 12 venues, sidewalk sales from leading merchants, and wine tastings at select wine stores. From noon until 9:00pm, local bars will be celebrating the 2014 World Cup with drink specials and live viewings of the day’s competition. Upper90, New York City’s largest retailer of soccer merchandise, will be welcoming visitors to a World Cup viewing party at their Brooklyn headquarters on Atlantic Avenue – that is covered in a US Soccer Team Eagle mural.
