Trout reopens today!

Trout (Smith & Pacific Streets) reopens today after closing in November. What better way to enjoy the fine weather than getting the only garbage plate (to my knowledge) that Brooklyn has to offer (only after 10pm, and only if it’s still on the menu)?

The Feed just got word that Jim Mamary’s Smith Street dive, Trout, will reopen on Friday. The poor man’s Gowanus Yacht Club flatlined in November, citing landlord issues that, according to our tipster, have been resolved. The menu and layout will remain largely the same; bringing a new bankroll to the outfit: Mamary’s Whiskey Sunday partner Richard Krause.
