From the Brooklyn Paper comes a story of horror and animal parts found in Brooklyn Bridge Park. Theories abound that the sack may have been a part of a Santeria sacrifice ritual:
Inside a soaking blue sack were decapitated turkeys, a smaller bird, dead fish, beans, corn, root vegetables, plantains, and six $1 bills.
Ewwwww. Cobble Hill residents who practice Santeria are advised to dispose of their animal sacrifices properly.
