So It Begins: Work Starts On The Townhouses Of Cobble Hill

BuzzBuzzHome reports scaffolding is up and work has begun on the Townhouses of Cobble Hill at 110-126 Congress Street:

BuzzBuzzHome: JMH Development and Madison Estates are creating nine luxury townhouses with 19th-century gravitas in the Landmark Historic District of Cobble Hill. Available units range from $3.65 million for a 3,462-square-foot three-bedroom to $3.875 million for a 4,122-square-foot five-bedroom. Of the homes, four are fully renovated pre-Civil War, Greek Revival residences and five are newly constructed.

The townhouses will have open floor plans, oak flooring, fireplaces, oversized casement windows and eat-in kitchens with marble countertops, Sub-Zero refrigerators and Viking range. The master bathrooms feature white marble floors, countertops and soaking tubs, as well as roomy steam showers. Oh, and all the homes are capped by private rooftop terraces, or as the official site calls them, “professionally landscaped outdoor living rooms.”
