Local Organic Bareburger Chain Open For Biz In Cobble Hill

Back in January, CHB reported that local organic burger chain Bareburger was coming to Cobble Hill. Eater confirms that the 45-seat restaurant—its 11th location—is now open for business at 145 Court Street.

The burgeoning burger chain has several locations scattered throughout Manhattan and Queens and one in Park Slope. Bareburger offers make-your-own burger options featuring organic, grass-fed and free-range meat.

No, Bareburger does not replace Middle Eastern eatery Yemen Cuisine, which you’ll see is still on the block. It replaces a Middle Eastern shlock store.

Bareburger is so over hyped and over priced. The burgers are small and bland. They shove the “organic” and sustainable down your throat! Hey, if you care about the environment so much perhaps you should stop creating such a large ecological footprint with your franchise.
