Are you a local business?
So another buritto place? This is going to end up just like five guys. I think people will still prefer California Taqueria or Buddy’s or maybe even Mezcali. I give it 8 months. And there is a chipotle in B Heights anyway. We need a cheesesteak place not a buritto place. Amiright?
@Sizzlechest: Chipotle is quite popular and will continue to spread. In Midtown most of my co-workers can’t get enough, and this will definitely be helped by the nearby crowds of Trader Joe shoppers who want some *slower fast food.
I really hope it goes the way of Five Guys. Agree with Sizzlechest that people can get a better burrito a block away at California Taqueria, a truly neighborhood business, or Buddy’s.
I’m going to keep eating at California Taqueria, because I like the fact that they’re local (and they’re closer to my apartment), but I’m not convinced that they’re really any better than Chipotle.
I take that back. I just remembered the pickled jalapenos. They’re better than Chipotle.
