Apparently, “[What if God was] One of Us” singer Joan Osborne is a Cobble Hill resident (and her favorite form of meditation is making love). Has anyone ever seen her around? According to her website, she released a new album in September. For any fans out there: She’ll be speaking at the 92nd Street Y next Thursday, January 15.

She used to play at the OLD old O’keefes on Court street in the 80′s when they had one floor, and was alot dirtier, long before her first album came out. I then saw her once getting out of a car and going into the all night convenience store on court street off of Degraw (this was in the middle of the night, ) a couple other people I know saw her going in there too, also, late at night, I just thought she was on her way to Coney Island, where I believe she lived. Who know’s ? where did that tid bit come from
