The Post reports that Troy Young, 29, was killed by a bullet to his head in his basement apartment at 36 4th Street. He was discovered shortly after midnight this morning, after friends reported not having seen him for several days.

I got a phone call from a friend this morning. Oh my god if any one over in NY knows anything please let us know. I live in Idaho and grew up with Troy. Most of his family does not live over here anymore and we would like to know whats going on.
