Best Mixology in Brooklyn or Beyond

Cobble Hill, Carroll Gardens and vicinity is filled with some great cocktail bars. You got your Clover Club, your Brooklyn Social etc. Which bar is your go-to for a nice fancy cocktail? Who’s the best bartender? What’s your favorite concoction?
While we’re interested in neighborhood places and people, feel free to talk about anywhere in the five boroughs.

Brad at Clover Club is by far the best bartender at the best place for the best drinks. Best.

Prime Meats also has a very nice cocktail menu and they know what they’re doing behind the bar.

Clover Club’s Jersey Highball is out-of-this-world.

Clover Club’s Manhattan is probably the best I’ve had. I also like Jakewalk.
But the best damn bartender is Kim at The Bell House!

I’d prefer just about anywhere over Clover Club. Prime Meats, Brooklyn Social, Buttermilk Channel. CC just tries too hard for my taste, the doorman and the “VIP” section are too high minded for a local brooklyn joint IMHO.

My Pisco Sour made in my own kitchen. Total cost: approx $1.
Total cost with tip/tax of same cocktail not made as well at any local bar: $14

I find clover club a little uninspired. the bar @ char 4 is where it’s at. bartenders and music are great.
