This just in to the CHB tip line:

There are a bunch of people outside tasty delight on court and wycoff… there’s an orange sticker on the window saying it had been “seized”.

    There has been a sign in the window for at least 2 weeks saying that the shop would be closed for a few days for renovation or something of the sort. Fishy…

    The sign said they didn’t pay their taxes.

    I wonder if there is some sort of crackdown in effect, or the city is looking to make up for some tax revenue losses. This is the third business I’ve seen (two near my office in Manhattan) and this one that had been seized.
