Hopefully it’s closer to Pacifico in terms of quality and not like 1963, which is pretty awful across the board.
im sorry but pacifice is the worst food ever. the problem with this space is they put zero effort in actually making good food or getting a chef who can turn things around. that whole place is terrible, just look at the kitchen. it’s small, ill-equipt and dirty. invest a little money, redo the kitchen and maybe they can find a decent chef. until then it’s apparent that they simply think the neighborhood will eat anything.
I’m going to have to disagree, Robert. I actually like several of the dishes at Pacifico. The Chicken Tinga tostada, in particular, is quite good. If only they could make margaritas as good as Lobo.
Also, I think it’s a good sign the chef is coming from Cafe Luxembourg.
I’ve never had a problem with Pacifico, always works for me
I was immensely disappointed with Pacifico. The food was absolutely inedible. There seems to be way too much going on with this space. What happened to just doing one thing well? This isn’t strip mall.
Was at Pacifico the week before last. So weak. Everything was mediocre to poor.
pacifico is pretty medicore. i’d rather goto lobo or oaxaca at this point. pacifico wins only in the ambiance department.
